Paddybarman Glo Docs  -  2010 AQHA smokey black / brown stud colt
Another well bred stud colt with the makings to eat up a cow on the ranch or in the arena. Thick made he will come after his very stout build sire, Paddysbarman. In his yearling year now he starts to show his selfconfident personality, curious and fearless toward new things and he is comfortable staying by himself even when the rest of the herd decides to take off.

This colt is located at a ranch south of Rapid City, SD.

These pictures, taken when he was 5 month old, don't do this colt justice. He was in a very awkward stage of growing, and his mane, not falling on the side of his neck yet, doesn't help his appearance much either.  Please refer to the pictures of his sire, an exceptional pretty buckskin grandson of Paddys Irish Whiskey (full brother of Grays Starlight), to imagine what this colt will grow into.

.................. .........................
Honestly - beside being very stout and strong build Paddybarman Glo Docs was not a pretty foal; he was a bit rough with a pretty big ol' head. His yearling year sure reveals a coming beauty, his body parts, still well muscled and thick, start to fit together, his head finds some refinement and he starts to look like a prospect with a lot of personality and class. From being my "bottom of the cuteness list" he advanced to my favorite foal of the 2010 crop. Lots of potential and my personal first pick if I'd have to chose my next cow horse.

These pictures were taken April 21, 2011 - mud and hair are the main issue of this time of the year, but this is the time too when the disposition of the foals starts to show. While Paddybarman Glo Docs is far from being a lazy horse he didn't participate in the racing around of his half brothers and sisters but entertained himself, kept an eye on me and even approached me with curiosity.
